I received my Bachelors in Psychology at The University of California at Santa Cruz and my Masters of Arts in Counseling and Master of Divinity at Mars Hill Graduate School. I have nine years of counseling experience. Before starting my private practice, I worked at New Horizons, a residential program for troubled teenagers. In addition, I interned at Compass Health counseling multi-ethnic families, adults, individuals in group counseling, and children.

I am a member of the American Counseling Association , the Seattle Counseling Association, the Puget Sound Group Psychotherapy Association, and I am a Washington State Certified Domestic Violence Advocate.

I am engaged in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and post-graduate training on: brain science, theology including Celtic spirituality, dissociative identity disorder, Psychiatric emergencies, Group therapy, sex addiction, and computer/internet addiction.
