Directions to Greenlake Office

From 1-5 traveling south:
- Get off at 65th/70th exit
- Turn right on 71st
- Turn left on 5th
- Turn right on 68th
- Turn right on Ravenna
- The office is in the second building on the right side. It is stone colored.
- Drive up the steep driveway and park.
- Go through the glass doors and up to the third floor.
- Outside the elevator turn left and walk through the door (suite 301).
- I will meet you in the waiting room at the time of your appointment.
From 1-5 traveling North:
- Get off on Ravenna
- Turn left onto Ravenna and when you pass 68th St. the office will be in the second building on your right.
Directions to Everett Office

Get onto Broadway and turn west on Pacific Ave., then right onto Colby. The medical/dental building will be on your left side a block up, just past California. Go up to the 6th floor and walk into the office waiting room. I will meet you in the waiting room at the time of your appointment.
